BwAsc stands for Bridgewater Associates. Our company is a Manufacturers Representative that supplies all kinds of original equipment manufacturers with precision metal and plastic parts. We handle all kinds of Castings including Investment Casting (What’s Investment Casting? Check out this video!), Stampings, Plastics, Machining, Screw Machining, Sheet Metal, Prototyping and Chemical Etching to name just a few.
Our company is 40 years old now. Over the years, it’s been evident that this industry is getting smaller and smaller, and sizable manufacturing has been routinely moving offshore. I’m wondering, will US manufacturing continue to dwindle? Or is it possible that we will find a way to rekindle the flame and bring home some of what has been lost in the past 15 years?
I’m interested in hearing what others think. Me personally? I’m an eternal optimist.
